Greg Brigman

Greg Brigman, Ph.D., is a professor emeritus in the Department of Counselor Education at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. He is an award-winning researcher and taught a wellness course in their Ph.D. program titled Optimum Human Functioning, which focuses on holistic wellness counseling and positive psychology. He has used the Looking Good/Feeling Good (LGFG) wellness and stress management tool for years, with his graduate students, and has conducted research on its impact. The LGFG goal setting tool closely mirrors the lifestyle factors which Dr. Elizabeth Blackburn identified in her 2009 Nobel Prizewinning telomere research. These lifestyle factors can slow and in some cases reverse aging at the cell level.

Dr. Brigman is also known for his research with children and adolescents on his Student Success Skills model which include programs for children and adolescents from K-12 and College Freshmen (www.studentsuccessskills.com).
