Patricia Mack

Patricia Mack is a food and wine editor, writer, and recipe developer. An award-winning journalist, Patricia is the former food editor of The Record in Hackensack, N.J. and prior to that, The News Tribune, in Woodbridge, N.J. In 2006 Patricia joined Gayot.com, a dining, wine, and lifestyle website owned by Gault-Millau in Paris with American headquarters in Los Angeles. She was Gayot's regional director for the New York Metro/Eastern Canada Region, and later regional director in Florida. For 20 years, Patricia served as James Beard Restaurant Awards panelist, and for four years, a Beard Cookbook Awards judge. She is the author of cookbooks and travel books. Among her titles are "The 15-Minute Chef" (HP Books); "Tomatoes" and "Corn" (Record Books); and "Delicious Grapefruit Recipes" (Seaside Publishing). Her latest book is "Shh...it's a secret ingredient cookbook" (KDP).
