Dr. Ramnarayan Chattopadhyay,B.Sc(Eng)Met,Hons(London),Ph.D(London), a fellow of IMMM (UK), Chartered Engineer of Engineering Council, UK,member of AWS, ASM,and Indian professional Societis like IIM, IIW, PMAI, TSI,is the author of two outstanding books,on wear (published by ASM International) and surface engineering(Kluwer Academic Publishings, now Springer)has completed writing his third book along with his wife (a doctorate and professor in Geography)entitled 'Global Warming -Origin, Significance, and Management', which is due for publication.
