Harold Rosen

Harold Rosen grew up in Brooklyn, New York and majored in Accounting at a State University college of New York. He became a member with several law enforcement committees; to contribute possible solutions to mitigate the problem of homelessness and drug abuse, He attended the Florida Statewide Drug-Control Summit in 2003. Since then, he moved to New Hampshire where he resides now. He is currently very active with initiatives towards Safer Schools and Lottery Reforms.
