Audra Supplee

Aud Supplee, a reformed reluctant reader, started writing at a young age. She believed if she couldn't find the right book to read, she'd create her own. It wasn't until a college juvenile literature class that she realized she hadn't looked hard enough to find great fiction. She gained an ear for dialog early in life by listening to her mother and grandmother tell stories around the kitchen table. Her love of fantasy and alternate worlds came from reading The Hobbit as an adult and from playing Dungeons and Dragons. But what about the horse? Well, she thinks horses are cool too!
