And so it is even in my writing. I've been commissioned to write librettos for a modern comic opera, ZIPPERZ, and a dramatic oratorio about Paul Robeson, HERE I STAND. I've published an award-winning children's book, COLLIDING WITH CHRIS, and a probing (and award-winning) adult stage play, A KILLER STORY. From hard-edged journalism for the L.A Times to humorous commentaries on NPR.; from a Rom-Com novel, RANCHO DE AMOR, to some very serious and uniquely written poetry, MY BRILLIANT DESTINY AND OTHER DISTRACTIONS - 3 YEARS IN FRANCE.
