Gregory A. Kompes

Gregory A. Kompes (MFA, MS Ed.) has written The Broadway Series: Tamburlaine, The Middle Man, Flash Mob, Obsequies, and Busker; Circuitous Course, Suddenly Psychic, Messages from The Three Sisters, Sky Pirates, and Thimblerigged. He is included in over twenty anthologies, including Chicken Soup for the Soul: What I Learned from the Dog.

The founder of The Writer Workshop in Selbyville, DE, he offers classes, workshops, and events to help writers improve their craft. He served as a Subject Matter Expert for Southern New Hampshire University's MFA program where he’s a thesis advisor. Gregory holds a BA in English Lit from Columbia University, an MS Ed. from CSU, East Bay, a MA in Screenwriting from SNHU, and an MFA in Creative Writing from National University.

Other favorites: Gregory walked the Via de La Plata route of the Camino de Santiago, and for many years played bass for touring Broadway shows.
