When Shay, spoiled son of a Jerusalem Publican, makes one too many poor decisions, it launches him into a world of trouble. Forced to live with a few Bethlehem shepherds, Shay's story allows the readers a rare glimpse of the everyday world of the very Bethlehem shepherds who received Jesus's birth announcement from the angels. Those who have read it so far have similarly commented on how they could not put the book down! In the novel, Sarah's Star, we follow the Biblical story of Abraham and Sarah told from Sarah's point of view. It brings this timeless story, as well as the characters, to life in a fresh and relatable way.
