Judith Edwards

Judith Edwards is the author of twelve books for young readers. She lives near Ascutney Mountain in Vermont.Though not as rugged as the Rocky Mountains that formed the backdrop for her three books on the Lewis and Clark Expedition, its development by the Civilian Conservations Corps in the l930's inspired her to write yet another book of historical significance. Her performing background comes in handy as she presents programs based on her books' historical subjects to school, libraries and historical societies.
