Mythic feline fiction • Spiritual Memoir • Visionary Work for Creatives
Stories arrive here the way desert weather does—sudden, luminous, and charged with meaning. I write at the crossroads of memoir, spiritual inquiry, feline fantasy, and visionary work for creatives: books born where grief meets imagination, where lived truth turns toward wonder, and where animals—real and archetypal—keep watch at the threshold. Words carry a frequency. They don’t just entertain; they reveal.
My newest book, "Bella and Django: A Vegas Velvet Caper," is a cozy mystery with velvet paws and neon noir undertones—two sharp-witted cats, a desert city that never sleeps politely, and human hearts trying (and occasionally failing) to do the right thing. It’s a caper with charm, tenderness, and just enough danger to make the purring feel earned.
My mythic feline saga begins with "PussyCat Messages," where StarBorn cats, a Las Vegas woman, and a wish-granting Crystal Ball collide—portals, prophecy, cosmic devotion included. The cats and guardians on these pages aren’t merely invented; they’re drawn from companionship I’ve known in fur, breath, and presence. They carry the pulse of the work: resilient, mystical, and tender.
Home is Lake Las Vegas, Nevada, under a wide desert sky that never pretends to be modest. Most mornings begin with tea, silence, and the steady supervision of Empress Bella Rose, my feline muse. From that stillness, sentences gather. Worlds open. The work continues.
For two years, I wrote and published thirteen serialized stories on Amazon’s Vella—six to seven hours a day, every day—until the platform closed. Those tales didn’t vanish; they circled back. Now they’re returning in new forms: revised editions, Kindle releases, and print books—stories re-entering the world with sharper teeth and brighter eyes.
Some projects lean deeply personal, where narrative becomes a form of witness. My memoir "Love in the Shadow of Saigon" explores spiritual resilience after loss. "Nourish: A Guide to Health, Beauty, and Spiritual Vitality" draws from my decades-long devotion to health, longevity, and luminous living.
Coming soon: BLOSSOM (a book and journal to restore creativity after burnout); Bella & Minou Present: ChatGPT Coaching Lounge—a playful, potent space where creativity and modern tools meet the soul’s appetite for meaning; and Zon’Ald: Chronicles of Subjugation, a sci-fi novel in which humanity is forced to face the truth about the puppeteers behind the curtain.
I write for you—to honor your fierce intelligence, your tender heart, and to invite a sturdy, realistic kind of optimism…the kind that can survive the desert and still bloom.
