Julie Griffin

Julie Griffin will tell you that there is a vibrant creative energy residing inside her that drives her to write, to paint, and to cook.

Born, while her mother was in an ecstatic, pain-free, hypnotic trance, Julie uses hypnosis to enhance every part of her life. Her book, Facilitating Wellness: Inside the Miracle of Hypnosis, shares twenty of her most riveting and uplifting hypnotherapy cases. Julie's goal in writing Facilitating Wellness was to demonstrate individuals' vast capacity for healing and transformation.

She shares: "Your subconscious mind is a limitless resource that provides sublime access to your own reservoirs of strengths and latent gifts. Hypnosis is a relaxing, healing, and empowering tool that prompts self-actualization and connects you to your own infinite spirit."

As a practitioner and instructor of medical, clinical, and metaphysical hypnosis, Julie was blessed with a thriving practice, creative arts center, and hypnotherapy school. Over the years she has served as a spirited presenter of motivational seminars at conventions and expos around the world. Her many hypnotherapy books, articles, and audio programs serve to help others far and wide.

Now, at age 60, Julie lives in the North Shore area of Boston. She and her beloved, Fred, are avid cyclists, vegan enthusiasts, parents of three spirited young parakeets, and world travelers. The creative light inside Julie is alive and well, sparking her to write and paint, and to cook up delicious vegan meals.

Julie looks forward to releasing her first novel, FLYING THE TALK, in time for summer 2019.
