Corinne May Botz

Corinne May Botz is a photographic artist, author, filmmaker, and educator living in Brooklyn, NY. Her published books combining photography and writing include The Nutshell Studies of Unexplained Death (The Monacelli Press, 2004) and Haunted Houses (The Monacelli Press, 2010). Her work has been reviewed by the New York Times, Hyperallergic, Bookforum, and Modern Painters, among others. Botz’s photographs have been internationally exhibited at such institutions as the Museum of Contemporary Photography, Chicago, Illinois; De Appel, Amsterdam; and Benrubi Gallery, New York City.
