Lon Bennett Glenn

Lon Bennett Glenn spent 34-years working in the Criminal Justice arena, retired as a Texas prison warden and went on to a second career writing both fiction and non fiction. His first book, Texas Prisons, The Largest Hotel Chain In Texas, was published 2001. He has since published a Texas Prisons Pictorial and in 2014, a Crime Novel, Blue Water Highway. Lon uses a terse prose style and a remarkable economy of words to create complex and memorable characters. Lon and Sylvia, his wife of 44-years, have two sons and live on the gulf coast of Texas. He is currently working on his next book.
