Ron Bennett

Ron is a senior staff with The Navigators. After graduating from Iowa State University in Aerospace Engineering and serving in the Army, including a tour in Viet Nam, he joined the Navigator staff where he has been involved in disciplemaking for the past 45 years. He has led ministries on university campuses as well as serving as a staff trainer and regional director. He served on the National Director’s team for the Navigator Church ministry and authored several book on discipleship with NavPress including “Intentional Disciplemaking” and the “The Adventure of Discipling Others”. He led a staff team that developed the “HighQuest” discipleship series. He is a mentor and coach for developing intentional disciplemaking cultures.
