James S. Larson

James S.Larson is a Professor of Public Policy at Southern University in Baton Rouge. He received an A.B. from Colgate University, M.A. from Southern Methodist University and a Ph.D. in Political Science from Southern Illinois University. He is the author of numerous articles in public policy and public administration and is the author of five books. He was a Visiting Professor at Harvard University in 1997.
