Trey R. Barker

Born in Odessa, Texas, but claiming Midland, Trey R. Barker spent a few years as a journalist in West Texas and Colorado before jumping into law enforcement. He now works the backroads of a lonely, rural Illinois county, and writes when he's off-duty. Though he focuses on crime fiction, he has written a bit of everything. He's the author of the Barefield trilogy, the Jace Salome novels, No Harder Prison, and his collection of blog posts, The Cancer Chronicles.
