Nils Vesk

Nils Vesk is a five-time author, international keynote speaker and leadership expert who helps capable professionals become more visible, influential and sought after—without becoming self-promotional.

Born in Australia to European immigrant parents, Nils entered the business world without formal business training or a traditional corporate background. His early experiences with imposter syndrome and feeling overlooked shaped his belief that career success isn’t reserved for the loudest or most qualified people. It belongs to those who think differently, communicate clearly and turn valuable ideas into visible action.

Through his company, Ideas With Legs, Nils has worked with organisations including HP, SAP, Pfizer, IBM, Adobe and Nestlé across more than 18 countries. His practical approach cuts through jargon and complexity, helping leaders solve problems, create momentum and make contributions that are difficult to ignore.

Nils is also a student of human behaviour, psychology, habits and performance. Outside work, he is a husband, father, surfer, hang-glider pilot and longtime casual yoga teacher.

He owns one tie—reserved strictly for weddings and gala events.
