There are always two worlds tugging away at my brain: the Imaginative and the Practical. The Imaginative Marian mothered Listing Men, the story of a woman who grows through her relationships with men and lifelong female buddies. While Listing Men is not autobiographical, it does delve into familiar questions about life's choices and influences.

The Practical Marian wrote COACHING C.L.U.E.S: Real Stories, Powerful Solutions, Practical Tools (NB Publishing), a book used widely by executive coaches and managers who seek real world techniques to apply in their work.

I also write a blog on my work site: www.listeningimpact.com/blog to inform readers about the many aspects of listening: research, observations, field stories,and case studies.

Personally, I'm a mother, grandmother, life-partner, business owner, yogi, Austin-Healey driver, gardener, traveler, and life-stuffer.
