Thorsten Wagener

Thorsten Wagener was born in 1971 in Siegen, Germany. After studying in Siegen, Delft and London, he graduated with a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Imperial College London in 2002. "Rainfall-Runoff Modeling in Gauged and Ungauged Catchments" is based on his Ph.D. and is his first book. He was a postdoc at the University of Arizona before joining Penn State in 2004 as a Professor of Hydrology in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
