I am an academic/former journalist/archaeologist who transverses three fields: heritage, science and art. Heritage, myth, artifact become material, the fabric with which my loom is warped, on which the patterning of understanding becomes tapestry. The loom is an extension of myself. The weaving, my methodology. To draw out one thread. Perception. A gift of seeing. Becoming aware of some external event integral and relevant to ones-self. Being extended to observe Earth holistically.
