Brian Graham

I have more than 20 years experience in corporate talent acquisition, with half as a technical recruiter and half in corporate human resources leadership roles. Among those positions, I've served as Director, Global Talent Acquisition for Navistar International, and as Vice President of Human Resources for Chicagoland Methodist Senior Services, an Assisted Living and Memory Care organization on the North Shore of Chicago. Currently I conduct HR Consulting in the Secondary Education Sector, where I create organizational and leadership development strategies and tools for high school administrators, faculty and staff.

I'm also completing my BA in Organizational Leadership at Arizona State University, graduating in the Summer of 2021. In the Fall of 2021, I will begin my MS in Organizational Leadership at ASU. I volunteer when time allows providing guidance and assistance for those in career transition. I'm also a requested speaker and presenter on the subject of career management.
