Stephen J. Binz

Stephen J. Binz is a biblical scholar and an award-winning author of over 60 books. He is also a popular speaker, offering keynotes, seminars, and workshops at national and regional conferences and education for pastoral leaders. He is an active member of the Society of Biblical Literature and the Catholic Biblical Association. His books in print are published by Ave Maria Press, Franciscan Media, Twenty-Third Publications, Liturgical Press, The Word Among Us, OSV Publications, Brazos Press/Baker Publications, and Loyola Press. As founder and author of Threshold Bible Study, he has written and published forty studies for personal and group Bible study. Following graduate degrees at the Gregorian University, the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome, and Hebrew University in Jerusalem, he has worked in Catholic publishing and has offered numerous study trips and pilgrimages to biblical lands and sacred places.
