Marc Estes is a pastor, speaker, author, and thought leader with a passion for helping people and churches thrive in today’s ever-changing world. With over 40 years of experience across leadership, ministry, and the marketplace, Marc brings a rare blend of wisdom, grit, and innovation. He’s respected not just inside the Church, but outside of it too — a true bridge-builder between faith and culture.
Marc is the Co-Founder and President-CEO of VisitorReach™, a groundbreaking AI-driven platform revolutionizing digital outreach and follow-up for churches. VisitorReach™ helps churches connect with newcomers, seekers, and spiritual explorers faster and more meaningfully than ever before — leading the market with innovation and heart.
Before launching VisitorReach™, Marc served as the Senior Pastor of Mannahouse, a thriving multi-campus church of over 6,000 people in Portland, Oregon. During his tenure, he also led Portland Bible College as Chancellor, helping train over 6,000 leaders across 70 nations through live, online, affiliate, and Master Class formats. One of his final projects before transitioning from local church leadership was founding the School of Kingdom Business and Entrepreneurship — a bold initiative to raise up Spirit-filled leaders for the marketplace.
Marc’s influence doesn’t stop there. He previously led the Mannahouse Global Movement, planting churches and sending missionaries around the world. He helped launch Mannahouse Resource, a digital hub that now equips leaders globally.
He also served on the Apostolic Team for Ministers Fellowship International (MFI), a network impacting over 10,000 churches, and on the Lead Team for ARC (Association of Related Churches), helping plant over 1,400 churches worldwide.
Earlier in his journey, Marc traveled full-time as Director of Evangelism for Christian Equippers International, equipping thousands of believers in how to share their faith — logging over 150 days a year on the road.
Marc’s life has been about more than just ministry platforms — he’s been deeply involved in regional initiatives tackling real-world challenges like foster care, sex trafficking, support for underprivileged kids, and building support networks for law enforcement. His gift for strategy, team-building, and cross-sector collaboration has left a tangible impact on communities.
He’s served on multiple boards including Together PDX, Mannahouse Christian Academy, Live-Love Foundation, Portland Bible College, Dreamer’s Church, Sun City Church, and Life Church — and still advises ministries, nonprofits, and businesses today.
As an author, Marc has penned an impressive volume of church resources, leadership materials, and books. His award-winning work, Jesus Today, and his book What Now help people make sense of their calling and future. His Small Group Leader’s Handbook has shaped discipleship strategies in churches around the world.
On top of his ministry life, Marc has owned businesses, consulted for decades in the business world, and continues to sit on boards that shape the future of both ministry and marketplace ventures.
Today, Marc lives in Hermosa Beach, California with his incredible wife, Susan. Together, they love being close to their two daughters, two sons, two sons-in-law, and four energetic grandkids. Whether he’s writing, speaking, leading, or strategizing, Marc’s heartbeat remains the same — to build, to bless, and to boldly lead a generation into their God-given purpose.
