Carol Moore

Carol Moore is a longtime writer in the libertarian and peace/anti-war movements. Brought up in New Jersey, educated in Ohio, Massachusetts and Michigan, she has lived in New York City, Los Angles and Washington, DC. In 1993 after the tragedy at the Branch Davidian home and church outside of Waco, Texas, she visited and met survivors. In DC she helped form the Committee for Waco Justice which protested and lobbied on behalf of justice and of the Davidian prisoners. Her book THE DAVIDIAN MASSACRE was published in 1995. Reviews applauded the thorough analysis of federal crimes. She published updates until the year 2000 on CarolMoore.Net. That year the Supreme Court voted on constitutional grounds to set free from federal prison the remaining Davidian prisoners. This cut 25 years from their sentences. Her current books in progress focus on evolution of consciousness and related libertarian metaphysics and ethics; how political violence as been promoted to political activists; and a feminist autobiography.
