I entered the financial services industry in 1972 and earned the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designations. I taught at the Learning Annex for about 10 years and since 1994 I teach a class at UCLA based on the concepts in my book, "Wealth On Any Income." I used to do corporate training, but only do it now if I do not have to travel because there are plenty of major companies in the Los Angeles area. In 2008 I retired from my mid-sized publishing company (about 80 titles) and now manage several apartment buildings I own. The concepts in my book work just as well for my readers as it did for me.
