Don Reddick is the author of more than fourteen books, three of which have been published: Dawson City Seven, Killing Frank McGee, and The Trail Less Traveled. The primary research for the McGee novel prompted the Society for International Hockey Research to honor Don with the Brian McFarlane Award for exceptional research and writing at their 2001 Annual Meeting held in Montreal, Canada. Dawson City Seven is regularly included in Top Ten lists of the greatest hockey fiction written.
In "real life" Don is sole proprietor of Don Reddick Associates, which provides world-wide installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of press splicers in the printing industry. Don has worked in Singapore, Japan, Turkey, Ireland, India, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico as well as every city in North America. Don lives on the banks of the Tweed River in central Vermont, with his wife Terry.
