Beth M. Ley (Knotts), Ph.D., nutritionist and author and publisher of over 40 books is owner of Natural Healthy Lifestyles, and is host of a Christian healthy cooking show "Recipes For Life with Dr. Beth."

Dr. Beth does weightloss, nutrition and wellness counseling on line or by phone. She speaks on nutrition, health and healing locally and nationwide. Dr. Beth's Weight Loss Solution Program is featured worldwide due to the incredible success rate of her patients.

Dr. Beth graduated in Scientific and Technical Writing (B.S.) from North Dakota State University in 1987 (combination of Zoology and Journalism) and has her Masters (1998) and Doctoral degrees (1999) in Nutrition from Clayton College.
