Cindy Singer

In addition to being a twice-published author, Cindy Singer currently works professionally as a Communications Director for a non-profit organization. She has a degree in Psychology and is the founder of MASK (Mothers of Asperger's Syndrome Kids) which, since it's inception in 1999, has grown to over 500 members. Cindy's first book, If Your Child is Bipolar, is a National Parenting Publications Gold Award Winner. She has spent over fifteen years writing and speaking to parents and professionals about many aspects of parenting children with special needs.

Cindy believes that humor and appreciation are the wildly-underestimated secrets to a happy life and that there is always something to feel incredibly fortunate for - even on our very worst days. Her amazing children are 22 and 17 and she must admit that she has the most wonderful husband on earth!
