Lauren Roche

I am a doctor and author based in New Zealand. I read voraciously, loving many genres. I have published two volumes of autobiography (Bent Not Broken and Life on the Line) and written two novels so far. I was New Zealand’s first teenaged pregnant g-string wearing fire-eating stripper. I am in a relationship with Graham, an artisan coffee roaster. We live in Tutukaka with a toy poodle called Winnie and Bill, a Manx tabby. In 2019 I completed a creative writing diploma through NorthTec. In 2020 I will study for a Masters in Creative Writing through AUT.
