Rebecca Cochrane

Rebecca Cochrane is a writer, editor, and mom of four girls.

A passion for children's books and a love of Jesus Christ led her to find employment in 1994 at God's World Book Club, a division of God's World Publications, Inc. (now World News Group), the publisher of WORLD Magazine and God's World News. She spent the next seven years up to her ears in children's literature and catalog deadlines, eventually managing the division.

After coming home to stay with her children during their early years, Rebecca continued her contact with GWPI as a consultant and freelance writer, manuscript organizer, and proofreader. She authored six books on the spiritual armor which were published individually by God's World Book Club in 2003. More recently, all six books have been compiled into a single, full-color volume entitled Kevin Tries on the Spiritual Armor, which is available for sale here at Amazon as well as through other sources.

Rebecca now writes regularly for God's World News magazines, of which she also serves as Editor. She has also assisted in the construction of a number of other authors' books, including World and Life: As Viewed Through the Biblical Theme of Creation, Fall, and Redemption by Robert Russell Drake (ISBN:0-9759975-0-5) and We Shall Have Spring Again by Andree Seu (ISBN: 978-0-9821229-2-1).

Rebecca lives with her family and their two cats Othello and Seal in Asheville, NC. She dreams of learning to fly and has begun work on her Masters of Theological Studies degree through Covenant Theological Seminary.
