What would happen if everyone in the organization saw the positives, not the problems in current changes? What would it look like if people broke out of their molds, push their boundaries, and developed a new set of skills? How much time and energy would be saved if everyone learned a common language to identify and contain resistance?

These questions inspired McGill University-educated Dr. Janet Lapp and her team to conduct decades of research enacting these changes in the workplace, with amazingly positive results. Janet shares the results of years of evidence based learning in both her books and stage performances. She has a professor’s ability to translate complex theory into useable answers, and a humorist’s knack for getting ideas across in an entertaining way.

Dr. Janet Lapp is a psychologist, author, and consultant for workplace transformation known for her ability to create optimism, energy and an intense emotional connection with her readers as well as with large audiences. Her unique interactive approach engages the audience in a change lab where they assess their leadership styles and skills, enjoy acting out new skills, and leave with tools to transform where they are, to where they would like to and need to be. Only action creates sustainable change, and both her books and her stage programs create the path.

Janet is a registered nurse and holds a PhD in Psychology from McGill University in Montreal.
