Joseph A. Schafer

Joseph A. Schafer is on the faculty of the Department of Criminology & Criminal Justice as Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He publishes and speaks widely on a variety of policing issues. He is past-president of the Society of Police Futurists International (PFI) and Vice Chair of the PFI/FBI Futures Working Group.
