Heather Angel

Heather Angel is a peripatetic wildlife photographer quoted as being 'One of Europe's most celebrated nature photographers' by NPhoto. Her latest book Pollination Power appeared after she spent 5 years photographing flowers and their pollinators at Kew and all over the world. It has been acclaimed by the gardening, wildlife and photographic press, with BBC Wildlife regarding it as a beautiful and informative insight into the hidden secrets of plant pollination. Wildlife photographs taken on many trips to remote parts of China appear in three books on pandas including the best-selling Panda, Green China and Exploring Natural China. Other popular wildlife titles include Wild Kew, Puffins and Snow Monkeys. Heather also writes practical wildlife photography books and her photography has been recognised by many awards in Britain and overseas. She was President of the Royal Photographic Society from 1984-86.
