Jack Bludis

Jack Bludis was born in Baltimore and has lived there most of his life. He has had sometimes short and sometimes extended visits to Los Angeles, New York, and Europe. He has written science fiction, romance, mystery, and other popular genre fiction using more than twenty by-lines.

His Shamus nominated "Shadow of the Dahlia" was has been reissued with a new publisher and he has extended his Brian Kane series with the publication of "The Last Sellout." This book explores the deceptions and infighting of Hollywood moguls over the rise of television. It includes the murder of a former communist screenwriter, a missing studio executive, and conflict with the rising motorcycle culture.
