Marisa Mackle

Hello, I'm Marisa from Ireland. I started writing when I was a flight attendant. I wrote on planes and in my hotel rooms. In fact when I wrote my first book, Mr Right for the Night, I wrote it all on hotel notepaper with a pencil!

Now I have written fifteen books including two kids' books.

I am a bit of a shopaholic - books and clothes are my downfall! I love Sophie Kinsella and Marian Keyes' books. They're funny and romantic. Books are a great way of entertaining myself, especially in lockdown! I do love travelling, especially to New York and LA!

I work full-time at home now. I live by the beach in West Clare, which is the most beautiful place in Ireland. I have one child and I foster dogs and cats. If you wish to check out my website it is www.marisamackletravel.ie
