Tony McCaffrey

Tony is the creator of the new group problem solving process, BrainSwarming, whose development was funded by the National Science Foundation. He is the creator of three patents and the author of seven books, including “Overcome Any Obstacle to Creativity” (Rowman & Littlefield, 2017), which articulates effective techniques for countering every known way that humans can get stuck while solving a problem. With advanced degrees in computer psychology, philosophy, and cognitive science, Tony is the head of the computer science department at Eagle Hill School (www.eaglehill.school), where he teaches programming, 3D design, animation, and game/puzzle creation.

After receiving his PhD in cognitive psychology from UMass Amherst, he began his extensive research on creativity, problem solving, learning diversity, and neurodiversity.
