I have consulted in strategic planning, organizational development, innovation, culture change, change management and leadership in South Africa, Africa, Middle East and Malaysia. Over the last 25 years as a consultant, I have worked in just about every industry - and have done just about every variation of coaching, consulting and training, and training others to train my materials.

Although I have the theoretical background (an MBA cum laude), I focus on achieving practical results and empowering others.
