Dr. Dennis Bonnette was a Full Professor of Philosophy at Niagara University in Lewiston, New York, until his retirement in 2003. He was also Chairman of the Philosophy Department there from 1992 to 2002. He lives in Youngstown, New York. He was married in 1962 to the former Lois Ann Packard until her death in 2024. They have seven adult children, twenty-five grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. He received his doctorate in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame in 1970. He taught philosophy at the college level for 40 years, and has subsequently taught free courses at the Aquinas School of Philosophy in Lewiston, New York. Dr. Bonnette has written several books, including Aquinas' Proofs for God's Existence, Origin of the Human Species, and Rational Responses to Skepticism, as well as many scholarly articles.
