Ann Hibner Koblitz

Ann Hibner Koblitz is a professor of Women and Gender Studies at Arizona State University, where she teaches courses on Women As Healers, Women and Science, Global Feminisms, and other subjects. She has traveled widely in Asia and Latin America, and directs a small fund that supports women in science in developing countries. During term-time she commutes on a weekly basis between Phoenix and Seattle, where her mathematician-husband works. She and her husband own and manage over 440 acres of forest land in the Pacific Northwest. She writes a blog called "Sex, Abortion, and Contraception" at ahkoblitz.wordpress.com
