Clint Swindall

I am the president and CEO of Verbalocity, Inc., a personal development company with a focus on leadership enhancement. These solutions include leadership development programs, training, speaking, and general consulting.

As a professional speaker, I hold the Certified Speaking Professional designation, the speaking profession’s international measure of professional platform competence. Just over 17% of members of the National Speakers Association hold this designation.

For more than two decades, I have traveled the world delivering high-content speeches and training in an entertaining and inspirational style to Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and trade associations. My clients include 7-Eleven, American Express, BMW, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Jack in the Box, Keller Williams, and Microsoft.

In addition to my work as a speaker, trainer, and consultant, I am the author of three books on leadership. I have delivered my programs throughout the United States, Canada, South America, Central America, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Bahamas.

I do more than just talk about leadership. My leadership roles in the community include serving as Chairman of the Board of GVTC Communications, a leading provider of communication services. I currently serve on the Tournament Leadership Council of the Valero Texas Open, and serve on the Board of Directors of the National Speakers Association. I am a Founder and Chairman of the Board of the First Chance Foundation, a 501(c)3 dedicated to assisting abandoned, abused, and neglected children, and am Director Emeritus of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo.

My wife, Heather, and I reside just north of San Antonio, in Bulverde, Texas … the front door to the Texas Hill Country. When I'm not working to enhance my clients' leadership skills, I can be found pursuing my hobby of competitive BBQ!
