I'm an associate professor of Comparative Literature at the University of South Florida. This semester I'm teaching Honors English: the coming-of-age narrative; my graduate seminar is on contemporary Black British, Asian British, and Traveller Irish writers and filmmakers. I'm currently writing a monograph on literary creativity under censorship in Franco's Spain.
