Kevin Adams

Born and raised in California's Central Valley, I attended the University of California at Berkeley for my AB, MA, and PhD degrees. I am a specialist in American History from 1607 to the present, with particular interest in War & Society, the history of the American West, Gilded Age America, Social and Cultural History, and Immigration History. I currently am an associate professor of history at Kent State University and the associate editor of the journal Civil War History.
