Jason Baird Jackson

Jason Baird Jackson is Ruth N. Halls Professor of Folklore and Anthropology at Indiana University. He edits the Material Vernaculars book series published by the Indiana University Press as well as the scholarly journal Museum Anthropology Review. Before joining the Indiana University faculty in 2004, he was curator of ethnology at the Sam Noble Museum and a faculty member in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Oklahoma. He began his career as a curator of anthropology at Tulsa's Gilcrease Museum.
