I have worked in higher education for 28 years. As the director of career services at a community college in northeastern PA, I helped high school and college students, adult career changers, and community members create career plans and successfully find a job.

My areas of specialty include career assessment, career planning, internet resources, resume writing, and job search strategies.

I am the author of five books, numerous career-related articles, and two online, professional development courses for career counselors and coaches (offered at CEUonestop.com).

When I'm not writing I garden, play the piano, and rescue feral cats. I live in Pennsylvania with my husband and seven cats.
