Mikel J. Koven

Mikel J. Koven is Senior Lecturer in Film Studies at the University of Worcester (UK). His books include La Dolce Morte: Vernacular Cinema and the Italian Giallo Film (2006), Film, Folklore & Urban Legends (2008) and Blaxploitation Films (2010). He has also published on such topics fairy tales and film, spaghetti westerns, zombie movies, mythological films, folk horror, film festivals, and a wide variety of exploitation and horror films. He is also a frequent contributor to Blu-ray releases from Arrow Films and 88 Films.
