Mark is the author of "PR Technology, Data and Insights: Igniting a Positive Return on your Communications Investment" published by Kogan Page. He also wrote “Unleashing the Power of PR: A Contrarian’s Guide to Marketing and Communication,” published by John Wiley & Sons. Both books were included in bookauthority.org's list of the 100 top PR books in history. He has contributed chapters to three other texts and has authored dozens of white-papers, features and articles.
He is a member of the exclusive Arthur Page Society and a Trustee for the Institute for Public Relations who awarded him the Felton Medal for Lifetime Achievement in 2018. Mark is a member of the PR News Hall of Fame and the advisory board of the University of Florida School of Communication. He is a frequent lecturer at international PR conferences and professional development programs where he speaks on topics related to corporate reputation, communications research and the ways to generate a positive return on one's PR investment. He is a regular contributor to top professional media internationally.
Mark was Chief Insights Officer at Cision and is the former CEO of PRIME Research and Delahaye. He started his career with The New York Times News Service.
Mark and his bride Braden live in Florida. He is the proud father of two high achievers: Graham and Cameron.
