Roxanne Lynn Doty

I have written three academic books but now write fiction and poetry. My first novel, Out Stealing Water, will be published by Regal House Press August 30, 2022. My short story, Turbulence, published in Ocotillo Review was nominated for the 2019 Pushcart prize for short fiction.  You can read this story and a few others on my website, roxannelynndoty.com.  My stories have appeared in Forge, Four Chambers Literary Magazine, Soundings Review, Lascaux Review, Lunaris Review,  Journal of Microliterature, Saranac Review and Reunion: The Dallas Review. I have published poems in I70 Review, NewVerseNews, International Times and EspacioFronterizo. I live in the Phoenix area which is the setting for much of my fiction.
