Nathan Crutchfield

Nathan's professional history encompasses a full range of risk control program design, development, implementation and evaluation. He has been involved in risk and loss analysis, safety and risk control program audit, assessment, and development; management and supervisor training, and materials/manual development. He has provided expertise to a broad array of clients that include public entities, associations, and general industry. His recent emphasis has been on improved Job Hazard Analysis methods, use of ANSI Z10-2012 OHSMS and the development of a safety culture.

He has collaborated with James Roughton on two books, "Job Hazard Analysis, A Guide for Voluntary Compliance and Beyond," and "Safety Culture, An Innovative Leadership Approach." They contiune to team in exploring the use of social media for productivity, curation, innovative approaches to profesional development and in workshops and presentations.
