Susan D. Adams

Susan D. Adams is a former pastor of Frederick Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Frederick, Illinois, where she worked closely with the Chalice Hymnal to prepare worship services.

Her first book, Chalice Concordance, is a useful worship tool which allows the selection of hymns in the Chalice Hymnal by looking up the desired words. Her second book, The Borrowed Pulpit, is a collection of communion and stewardship meditations.

She recently retired from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois, as an IT manager. She resides in Macomb with her husband, two children, two cats and a dog, and enjoys watercolor painting and making bead jewelry.
