My first job was terrible. I was yelled at in front of co-workers and customers for things I didn’t do and constantly told I was doing things wrong. It lasted two weeks. I left to work at a better company and ended up making more money and getting promoted within 6 months.

Because of that first experience and others like it, I’ve dedicated my career to helping organizations become more successful by creating highly engaging cultures and exemplary people processes. I’ve done this as an advisor, executive, author, coach, and speaker. Also, I’ve:

* Worked at the senior level of organizations for over 14 years, consulted for 12 years, and have over 29 years of experience

* Wrote "Developing Exemplary Performance One Person at a Time"

* Received South Florida Business Journal 2010 Excellence in Human Resources award

* Been a member of the ASTD National Advisors for Chapters team from 2008 through 2010

* Served as the 2006 President of the Ft. Lauderdale Chapter of ASTD (now the South Florida Chapter of ATD)

* Received a Masters of Arts in I/O Psychology with a focus on improving workplace performance and am an Eagle Scout
